چکیده
Shewanella and Pseudomonas are considered to be the main spoilage bacteria for chilled fish. This work focused on adhesion ability of two (Shewanella spp. S-1 P-1), inhibitory effects Bacillus subtilis against in large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea). We aimed develop a feasible solution prolong shelf life croaker. The characteristics strains were compared. It was found that induced more significant than at low temperature vitro. In addition, demonstrated stronger intestinal mucus results one-week feeding experiment showed likely adhere intestines Pseudomonas. supplementation B. strain BS08 effectively inhibited proliferation slowed process

Nutrient compositional differentiation in the muscle of wild, inshore and offshore cage-cultured large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea)
The proximate composition, amino acid and fatty acid composition in the muscle of wild, inshore and offshore cage-cultured large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) were determined to identify nutritional differences. Wild fish groups showed highest content of moisture and crude protein, but lowest lipid content. Offshore cage-cultured fish showed significantly higher content of moisture and ...

The proximate composition, amino acids and fatty acids composition in the muscle of wild, inshore and offshore cage-cultured large yellow croaker, Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson, 1846), were determined to identify nutritional differences. Wild fish groups showed highest content of moisture and crude protein, but the lowest lipid content. Offshore cage-cultured fish showed significantly higher...
متن کاملEffects of dietary conjugated linoleic acids on the growth and quality of large yellow croaker fish Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson) in cages.
The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) in artificial feeds on the growth and quality of large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) raised in cages. Two diet formulas with dietary CLA were developed, and a diet without of CLA served as a control. The effects of CLA (2% and 4%) on average daily gain per tail (DGT), feed conversion ratio (FCR)...
متن کاملDe Novo Characterization of the Spleen Transcriptome of the Large Yellow Croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) and Analysis of the Immune Relevant Genes and Pathways Involved in the Antiviral Response
The large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) is an economically important marine fish in China. To understand the molecular basis for antiviral defense in this species, we used Illumia paired-end sequencing to characterize the spleen transcriptome of polyriboinosinic:polyribocytidylic acid [poly(I:C)]-induced large yellow croakers. The library produced 56,355,728 reads and assembled into 108...
متن کاملThe Effect of Insulin, TNFα and DHA on the Proliferation, Differentiation and Lipolysis of Preadipocytes Isolated from Large Yellow Croaker (Pseudosciaena Crocea R.)
Fish final product can be affected by excessive lipid accumulation. Therefore, it is important to develop strategies to control obesity in cultivated fish to strengthen the sustainability of the aquaculture industry. As in mammals, the development of adiposity in fish depends on hormonal, cytokine and dietary factors. In this study, we investigated the proliferation and differentiation of pread...
